Columbus SCUBA, Inc. (CSI) offers SCUBA diving courses and certifications in the Central Ohio Area as well as Hocking and Athens County. The main purpose of this site is to provide visitors with an opportunity to learn more about CSI and our philosophy when it comes to SCUBA training.

In our industry, there are short cuts to obtaining a diving certification. However, this is not our approach. We recognize the importance of repetition and allow time to digest learned skills and academics.

There is no doubt that entering the underwater world has its inherent risks. Much like driving an automobile, diving is a continued and adaptive process. The core of diving is understanding the knowledge and science behind the sport, in tandem with creating a comfortable and relaxed environment to practice a learned skill set. Once these basics are learned, practice is essential for enjoying a natural and safe diving experience.
